You won't find anyone who understands or appreciates the fitness journey better than I do. In 2001 I co-founded a tech company and went on to build it into a global brand that still flourishes today. I found success at work, I raised a family and enjoyed my busy life. I had it all, but had given up on my body in the process.
A few years ago, I decided it was time to prioritize my health and get back to the athlete I used to be. Over the course of a year I embraced exercise and made systematically healthier food choices. I lost nearly half my body weight, returned to a healthy BMI and built the lean, muscular body I had always dreamed of.
I've spent the time since studying the process of behavior change, nutrition coaching and the techniques of fitness training and sports performance, all aimed at supporting you in achieving your health and fitness goals.

Working toward an athletic goal helps make you more fit by providing focus, motivation, and structure to your physical activity. When you train with a clear objective like improving your mile time, making a team, or mastering a skill, you’re more likely to stay consistent and push yourself. This consistency leads to measurable improvements in strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination.
Sports goals also encourage progressive overload, where you gradually increase the intensity or difficulty of your workouts, prompting your body to adapt and grow stronger. Mentally, having a goal keeps you engaged and committed, turning fitness into a purposeful, exciting journey.

I know what it feels like to stand at the beginning of a journey with a mix of hope, doubt, and determination. I understand the courage it takes to start, the vulnerability it takes to keep going, and the pride that comes from every small win along the way.
Because I’ve been through the ups and downs, I can guide you with both empathy and strategy. I won’t just tell you what to do. I’ll help you understand why it matters and how to stay focused when things get hard. I know firsthand that progress is rarely linear, and that detours don’t mean failure—they’re just part of the journey.

I'm not just a coach. I'm also a client. As a fitness trainer, I believe so deeply in the power and value of structured training that I invest in it for myself by working with a trainer every day of the week.
Just like my clients, I benefit from expert guidance, accountability, and an outside perspective that pushes me beyond my comfort zone. That external perspective helps refine my technique, correct imbalances, and build smarter, more effective routines. It keeps my workouts fresh, intentional, and progressive, exactly the kind of experience I strive to give my own clients.
Being both a coach and a client keeps me grounded, motivated, and constantly learning. It reinforces my belief that no matter your experience level, having support and a personalized plan makes a real difference. I don’t just preach the importance of fitness, I live it, from both sides of the process. It’s a professional choice that reflects my deep respect for the process and my commitment to always strive for better.
